Yeah, I got a whole bag of it too! It's kinda a pain in the ass to make. or so my uncle professes. But I remember back in my youth, we would have that jerky all the time. And to be honest, I don't care what no red neck bum fark cowboy says. Deer is just as tender as beef. Maybe not veal, but beef, definitely. And the way my uncle jerks it<GGGGG> LOL, sorry..... It is really good shit!
