Rydex Bullish% Update

More bearish, but not as much as I would have thought. These percentages are comparable to the levels of Nov 9/Nov 12, but the market is above that level, so I suppose one could make the case that this is a market-bearish divergence.

The 70% level is important. It took three tries for the overall bullish% to punch through that level. For now, it's holding.
