Thanks, that was a confusing expression for me.

Also, is your BIOS the most recent one?
Did you try default BIOS settings?
Is your memory configured by BIOS in "auto" mode?
Is your CPU properly (fully) recognized by your BIOS?

BTW, my Dell Optiplex 110 machine in my office also
gives me a message once a week, something like
"memory referenced at loc. 0xXXXXXXXX cannot be
written", and application usually terminates.
