You hope to think that people will inherently see that a fetus is the highest form of life or something. Certainly higher than adult accused criminals? The recent cloning crisis illustrates clearer than ever that a fetus is just another accumulation of cells. It is the desire of the parents to have a baby that makes all the difference. With the desire it is a precious future member of the human race, without the desire it is a parasitic drain on resources. You just have to put that soul stuff in you pocket and save it for the next baby.
