Those look like srams

Naw... Well, sort of. Look close. Each each row of SRAM, is alternated with a row of Logic. The SRAM cells above each logic row, are actually part of the same die.

By the way, it looks like each chip has a 4 cell section cache. each SRAM "cell", is 128k, so it is obvious that these are 512k Cache chips. My guess would be P4 Northwood.
