Wall Street Journal front page, "What's News," November, 28, 2001, said, "Enron's board informally agreed to a new share-exchange ratio, valuing Enron at $4.17 billion, a person close to the talks said." The article continues on a page facing another article titled, "Enron is History, Says History." Strangely, with all the active discussion of the new exchange ratio, I did not see one mention of the "Enron is History article...."
