If the Fed would leave the rates alone we might have a good rally. IMHO it would give the market a signal that all is OK. Just think it was just 10 months ago (please correct me) that the Fed was still raising rates and they stated at that meeting that the no 1 concern facing America was inflation. Wow! how can they be so wrong. How and the hell can any of those turkeys still have a job.
