That's one good reason for 'insider sales'. No matter ones opinion of the strength of the company, it's wrong to keep one's whole financial future in one company.

When ENE froze the accounts they could have been acting for one of two main reasons.

1. They didn't think things were as bad as externally indicated.(That's the theory I'm going on.)

2. Screw the employees and prop up the stock for a little while. (Would indicate to me the desire of top management to be sued or go to jail.)

If you believe management was acting in good faith(and I'm at least pretending to) there should be some value in the company that's not reflected in a $0.60 stock price.
