That in itself can set off a sharp speculative sell off. Especially if fund <sell>stops are violated. ~~20$ was a long term support level. Watch what happens IF oil goes below 15.50$. Wheat prices this week are a good example of the sell stop thing. (I reserve the right to be dead wrong.)
