The links suggest to me that La Rouche's election organization was infiltrated by an "operative" and the credit card subscriptions started. Thus the legal case was real, but lots of political dirty tricks were used as back up. The links also suggest the USA political elite (right and left) already warrant at least a three alarm "kook" alert <ggg>
