So if the S&P downgrade triggers covenants that force Enron to pay back billions in debt immediately, and Enron doesn't have the resources to do so, why haven't they entered chapter whatever bankruptcy today?

Everybody is saying Enron is toast, well they either are bankrupt as a result of the S&P downgrade, or not. Where's the company's version of the current situation?

Elroy (wondering whether to buy again at 25 cents today, or if the shares are 99% going to zero)....
