Russ, I'm not familiar with any of the Mexican companies. I've always assumed that large Mexican companies were also large nationalized bureaucracies. I'm also not familiar with the Austrian and Polish companies you have suggested as possible suitors. But having said that, I suspect we are in the stage of this cycle where the big are eating the big, so a take-over is not likely. What we will see is a private financial placement to get this project underway and it'll probably come from a rich, private and possibly dotcom like billionaire.
