riddle me this - when does overbought = sell

I've been riding WRLS up for a few weeks and have a decent position at $6.5 ... a lot of the daily and some of the weekly indicators I look at are screaming overbought ... I suppose I should just put in a stop and not worry about it - but curious what others might do here.
