It CAN be a good deal. If both companies take a hard look at themselves and their cost structure, and their fluff expenses, and get focused tightly on what makes a profit.
I think both companies have been about two miles of the right path for a while.

But there is a lot of hidden value within each. And a significant $Billion amount of sales to find a profit within. If they get busy and serious and the executives don't rob the pie with incentives (ET flashback).
