PPT?--i feel PPT appears at critical support levels to fight crashing.Today looks like the institutionals(such as pension funds) are still merrily scramming all they can get into market --Buffet says when pension funds go into a re-allocation binge it can be as wild as going from 13% to 90% equities,and their timing is consistently wrong:) but just conjecturing.Max
