IDC Technologies Acquires Bing Software Division From ID Four
SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 29, 2001--IDC Technologies Inc., (OTC:IDCG - news) today announced the acquisition of ID Four's (OTC:IDFR - news) Bing Software Division.
ID Four's President announced today that the Board of Directors agreed to sell the Macintosh platform based technology division to IDC Technologies in a deal worth $500,000. The deal is scheduled to close before the end of the year.
Bing Software, a wholly owned subsidiary of ID Four, develops and distributes popular telephony software products, such as ``Megaphone'' and ``Phone-Pro.'' The company is currently developing a new product line of advanced telephony software for distribution in major retail chain stores nationwide.
IDC Technologies Inc. (OTC:IDCG - news) is a newly developed Technology company which plans to acquire smaller companies in the Communications sector creating a network of profitable subsidiaries along with Research and Development for advanced communications. IDC plans to launch the new Web site www.idctek.com in early December 2001.
ID Four has recently focused more on the IDC Technology sector with companies who are developing technologies relative to ID Four's business model.
