My God man we're neighbours :o)

I'm not far from the lake in the Westhill area. My wife takes the GO from Rouge Hill. I too put the mower away about a week ago after mulching the leaves. I was concerned about the grass too but it's a bit cooler than predicted this week so let it snow let snow let it snow (got 4 new Michelin Artic Alpins), I can hope.

If we get a mild winter in the NE Yes I agree. I posted before that I'd be watching closely despite the hedges come early in the new year (Why wait for spring ?). My bet has been that we will be ok until then and I will decide before winter's end. Have to watch the deflation / inflation / recovery situation. I'm still not adverse to forgoing a few dividend payments if it looks like the price will fluctuate enough. My bias is to build up a LT core position though when times are tough. I thought we'd seen them but one must adapt.

regards
Kastel
