Cosmo, I just shorted BZH also. I've been watching it and it seems to have a pattern of selling off in the morning and ticking up in the afternoon. BZN seems to have a lot of debt, and will be leveraged to any increase/decrease in activity. It also has been up in each of the last 5 days and has been trending up while most of it's peers have reversed down. Seems to have resistance in the 62-64 range. Everyone I talk to tells me the real estate market is getting soft in there part of the country. I took a large position also. Good luck, Jim
