I think W says what he is told to say. Volkowitz (unsure of spelling) is hot to trot to another war so
he presses Bush.

Bush is at his best when he's a good cheerleader! Someone should send him an outfit! Although,
he dresses to fit the occasion when he appeared many days after the World Trade Towers fell.
Clinton cut short a trip to Europe and made an appearance b4 Bush turned up but Bill and Hillary
live in New York now so he flew home asap.
