Blaine first let me tell you that CNBC is very informed about the E-Trade Dillema.

Also Blaine it's ironic but I said the exact example you used about valet parking to my father only 2 hours before you wrote that. Folks Blaine is 150% correct with that staetment, E-Trade is liable! Another lawyer said the same thing to me yesterday while I was in disscussion with him in Hollywood CA.

Regarding McDonalds I have mentioned them before also, there was a big settlement there for a spilled cup of coffee, E-Trade is in a worse situation due to the fact that we all have lists with at least 30 people who were actually deceived more than a hot coffee hitting their worse possible area's. We were hit in our checkbooks under EFTA's regulations, money talks. A dollar is worth a thousand words.

The support here as been great, Blaine thanks for the help, everyone if it makes you feel better I am on this everyday 24/7 I have not slept well! And I will be flying to San Fran. and possibly Texas in the next week for furns and communication to better ALL of our situations.

Please everyone if the minimum is support to everyone here that has been damaged please keep it up! I am doing my best! Promise! Smile everyone everything happens for a reason, there is a chance this case in groundbreaking and we could all be responsible for new laws regarding online transactions, say a prayer! I have plenty of evidence!
