2000/3/02 - Imagis Begins Trading On The Frankfurt Exchange
Vancouver, Canada, March 2, 2000 - Imagis Technologies Inc., a biometric software company, announced today that Imagis has been admitted for trading by the Deutsche Borse AG and has begun trading on the Third Market Segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The trading symbol is "IGY" and the German securities code is 934 634.
Berliner Freiverkehr (Aktien) Handel AG ("Agent") facilitated the listing and in consideration will receive 200,000 warrants exercisable into common shares at a price of $3.50 per share. The warrants have a term of one year and expire on March 2, 2001. The grant of the warrants are subject to all necessary regulatory approvals.
