Nancy: INSP & IWON are acquiring the portal assets (i think this part went through yesterday or was at least approved by the judge) & T is trying to acquire the @home assets. Last I read the bondholders are pushing T for more money. I'd expect all the @home service to be disrupted @ some point so try to have a backup. Tim
