Peter, About the expansion, I don't recall anything directly from AMD, but there was a lot of speculation here, on this thread, that AMD would be making their own wafers there. If that indeed was the plan, my guess is that the inhouse production is not ready, or it is not up to the spec (or volume), or it turns out that the cost of buying wafers from outside vendor would be cheaper than making them inhouse (because of much lower volume than the outside vendor). All of this is just speculation. Joe
