It would be amusing to see how the USA classifies people racially and ethnically for the purposes of their racist legislation such as 'affirmative action'. I suppose they have asked old Nazis and apartheid rulers for help on how to classify people. With DNA tests now available, they should be able to get the definitions totally precise, though they will find that a lot of people who were previously excluded are now included and some included will now be excluded. For example, an albino 'black' will be in big trouble on the ethnic test, even if DNA defined.

Personally, I think they are not going to have any more success than the Nazis or South Africans did in creating a reasonable test of 'race'. But they will be able, like the Nazis, to create a lot of human mayhem while they try to prove something absurd.
