No way. Make this the one and ONLY tax. No taxes of any kind other than a flat consumption tax. Lets make those rotten bastards in Washington squirm and justify the % that it would really take. People would shit their pants if they really knew how much of each dollar they earn went out the door in the form of one tax or another. Can you say Coup? Bet its .75 per 1 if you include all taxes. The mob has a much nicer system....I guess the retirement plan is a little harsh though.
