sideways market whit this level of short interest; the shorts will eventually lose because 401K money will bury the shorts at the beginning of month slowly but surely each month.

I got to see Windows XP in more detail today and finally figured out why they demand more money. 2 of 3 new features bundled and integrated into XP Pro but not XP home are: personal firewall function built-in, remote communications like PC Anywhere. If I was Symantec, I would be worried. the third is a rollback of system parameters to previous state feature which has been available on Mac platform for a while but I don't know if comparable feature was available on Windows side.
Never knew MSFT not to suck the last remaining $$'s out of the few remainintg mass market, got to have PC, software applications. The only major remaining software application company left temporially still standing is Adobe which avoids MSFT's stranglehold by targeting only 5-10% of the market which is hi end graphic design software. MSFT can't touch a small niche market like that.
