If you are a California resident, you may be entitled to become a "name plaintiff" in this case, and I am especially interested in hearing from you, though all who have been defrauded in recent years are entitled to equal relief.

I intend to file legal claims against all of the above for a number of egregious violations of state and federal law that have inflicted immense damage upon not only myself, but more than ten thousand other day traders. I am in discussions with Counsel. Though I shall not list the name of the law firm here in public, at the time of filing of these claims that information would become part of the public record.

Those of you who meet the above criteria may be eligible to claim extensive damages as a result of violations of both state and federal laws, pertaining to not only securities, but also, contract, tort, and unfair business practices and misleading advertising. (The legal experts among you may wish to refer to California Codes 17-200 and 17-500.) There is adequate recourse available to those who have gravely suffered at the hands of the unscrupulous in our markets.

I am also in discussion with three attorneys, at separate offices around the country, in Denver, Chicago and Washington, DC, of the Securities and Exchange Commission. The S.E.C. is aware of these charges, and has already initiated action against numerous guilty parties, as I have outlined here on this thread in great detail since June.

If you fulfill any of the above criteria, then you have been massively defrauded. You are entitled to damages and injunctive relief. I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,

Olivier L. F. Asser
