Hey, I am no table master... but I know the game. Some of the wagers are double or nothing... black and red for example. The ball lands on black and if you have put your money on "BLACK" then you double. I think they also have an "odds" and "even" wager. Same thing.

The double or nothing wagers are what you play... and the Martingale numbers give you the amount to bet each time, based on whether you win or lose. But start low because the numbers can get really high fast if you have a losing streak!!! When it comes down to it, you have to be able to out-wager the house... worst case.
