BWAC-yes I listened and it was upbeat relative to their products and their lead in some markets, but no new guidance. Maybe one way to look at ADCT is this: Think of them similar to a newer company with exciting products, but the question is when will their business rebound AND if and when they become a market leader in their product offering.
They really have re-invented themselves going from a wireline equipment provider to internet broadband and wireless equipment provider. And the company has a clean balance sheet. Now they are selling for about 2 1/2 times tangible book(best I can determine). Probably a good case can be made to scale-in and just hold it until the turnaround, but there is the issue...no profitability till 2003.....with a lot of uncertainty and time until 2003...although they will be cash-flow positive. I will say this after extended periods of a turnaround situations in the past with other companies I ended up giving up on a company at the exact turning point...so maybe my sell 2 days ago was a buy signal! I must admit I am re-thinking the whole thing and may just scale-back in.
The real issue is there are just so many other tech companies that are now cheap that have better nearer term business recovery prospects. Best wishes.
