That's net based, correct? I'm using UTPro. Software. If I usderstand correctly, that may be the root of difference.

I will say though about six months ago, it woiuld go down periodically during the days. I'd call and they would say all's fine on my end. Call your cable company". Call cable. Not us.

I also noticed that during those times another software based quotes service I use would go down wghile any interned browser(IE SI<cough cough>) would still work. Finally I got the cable company to install a new modeum and have had no problems sinceto really shout about.

Hope things get back to normal for you today.
