Right, funny, but in the other hand what company can claim that they will never experiment such a disruption... ? It was a really bad experiment as I had an open position before the break, but I have to say that the fact that their trading desk have been reachable over the phone fairly quickly was reassuring. I don't know what was the extent of the break...If the majority of their customer could not trade through the internet then in my opinion they did a pretty good job over the phone, otherwise I can't tell...AugustWest using UTPRO does not seem to have experiment a full break...
