Hi Swami, You're the right age so if you were living in TO area during that RE bubble you'll remember how sudden the bottom fell out then ? I bought a townhouse in Thornhill @ 97K which went to 220K @ one pt. House I'm in now I paid 219K. Previous owners paid 315K.
