10:02 ET Economic Data : The Chicago PMI fell to 41.1% in November from 46.2% in October, well below the 45.5% consensus. Though significantly weaker than expected, the Chicago decline appears to be lagging the national numbers, which showed an even steeper decline in October to 39.8% from 47.0%. The catch-up of the Chicago report with national trends should not have much of a market impact.
