I think we can forget a rate hike, since AG so obviously telegraphed the last 1/4 rate hike starting even way back in December, and there has been no rhetoric out of the Fed lately that would indicate a hike. I don't think he wants to send this thing into a tailspin with a surprise.

Can anyone give a description of the climate and the BEEP in 87', for comparision sake? (or suggest some reading)
