Vix up smartly today....I see this as negative for bear case (I know some would disagree) but seems like there is still too much fear of down....if we do a "C" down late today/Monday, VIX could go to 29-30 in a heartbeat.. As much as price, we may need time at these levels (slightly above) to get investors too confident again...starting to think about Shack's scenario (extending into Jan.)...I just don't know if a week is enough anymore (for a turn)
