Court should not shut down excite at home - and should condition that on cable companies paying much more to athm and having much better contract for athm. creditors should receive more than 100% over time- as they will get an equity kicker-they have a risk if company doesn't do well. old stock will have value- as broadband is taking off-and they will have a stake in ongoing entity. party that comes up with new money will make money. and it will come up with way more than t offer - and get less of the company and its assets.
