you already argued Well don't say it like it's some kind of accusation that I'm hiding things. I most explicitly said that self-awareness is a tough point to identify and so I suggest the easier to identify point of birth should be used as a legal definition. I'm not hiding behind some subjectivity or trying to change the subject to something easier to attack. Eliminating legal ambiguity is an important part of a compromise solution to the abortion controversy. If you want to shadow box, do so with your own shadows. TP
