Paul, I was looking at the valuations in this industry. If you go
to the SI group, which includes Westell, Tellabs, Amati etc
the price sales ratio is either astronomical (Amati 10) or most
companies are loosing money.
Adtran is similarly overvalued and the only other solid performer
beside PAIR has been Tellabs, however still with huge ps ratio.
So, with a 70% market share and stable earnings (hopefully) and
a decent pe ratio, we should be ok.
I wonder what the short interest is and if we will see a similar
scenario to USRX, which touched 40 just before reporting record
earnings.
