URMP - URANIUM POWER CORPORATION - Frankfurt Listing Approved

New York, New York, Nov 30, 2001 (Market News Publishing via COMTEX) -- Uranium
Power Corporation announced that its application for listing on the Frankfurt
Exchange in Germany has been approved and the company will commence trading
immediately under the symbol (Frankfurt: URP).

Company President, Thornton Donaldson, stated, "Recent world events have
re-affirmed the importance of the Athabasca Oil Project, given the desire for
North American Energy Independence. This mission statement will be well
understood in Europe."

Approval of the listing was accompanied by the sponsorship of Koch Gmbh of
Frankfurt Germany. Koch, a full service securities firm, is a member of the
Frankfurt Stock Exchange. In support of this listing and the European initiative
of Uranium Power Corporation, the Company has also retained the services of
Holtermann & Team, a leading Financial Communications and Public Relations firm,
to provide a full range investor relation service. The Company's new website
www.apioil.net will also be available in German.

Uranium Power has an option to purchase 100% of Anhydride Petroleum (Canada)
Inc., a private Alberta Corporation that has a controlling interest in the 97
square mile Athabasca Oil Prospect, located adjacent to and Southwest of the 1.3
trillion barrel Athabasca Tar Sands Deposit which is the largest accumulation of
oil in the world. The Athabasca Oil Prospect may be connected to the Tar Sands
Deposit.

The company intends to start its drilling program by February 2002.
