I saw the low was 25 cents and hoped maybe you got it! The Fed has so overextended itself already in anticipating collapses that never happened that it can hardly act dramatically in this case. And since it's not directly a banking matter, it's not clear if it would want to act. But the ENE could be a catalyst, possibly similar to the Austrian bank collapse in 1929, the Credit-Anstalt.
