Kelvin, Comment on XOXO. Sure I remember that. It was a turnaround story that was debt-laden. Thats why I traded it once or twice and forgot about it. The more debt the "turnaround darling" has the greater the risk that because of a heavy debt load, it may never "turnaround". Time is the worst enemy to turnaround stocks WITH high debt levels or low current ratios and interest coverage ratios. If an investor does'nt understand these ratios and know what they mean, they should avoid all low priced stocks. That said, its also too simplistic to "lump" all low priced turnaround candidates into "the same boat" as XOXO. Also, low priced does not automatically = crap. These are general statements and not aimed at you or any particular person.
