...that was the best description I read of l'affaire 'lectric.
professional trader in Houston was telling me a story; some months ago, he and some of his colleagues were down at this local watering hole there in Houston, and there's a bunch of Enron commodity traders there, too...
...including this "tall, leggy-blonde" trader-grrrl, right? Everybody's getting pretty tossed, and after awhile, the tall blonde gets up on the bar, kicks her heels in the air and says, "I've got so much f*ckin' money, I can't even count it! drinks for ever'body, on me!!"
(multiply this scene by 10x and you get an idea of what it was like around SFO about ~24 months ago ;-)
Seeing this, my (stock) trader friend says at that point his buddy turned to him and said, "now there's a woman we should f___ and a stock we should short." iirc, they covered at ~40.
