Dan & Jason,

This HBP is not in good shape, down to 0.66. Although there was no trade in VSE, the bid was @ 0.40 level. I know that most junior biotech is suffering from lack of market support and its Summer time most of the brokers on holidays.... I'll wait and see if I wanted to average down because I don't think this stock touch the bottom.Where is the bottom? Those who sell at this price must be ready for capital loss.
