RE: SAN FRANCISCO (AFX) - Shares in Dell Computer Corp were higher midsession after Salomon Smith Barney said the computer group is continuing to gain market share, and has seen strong sales to consumers over the Thankgiving holiday, dealers said. Here's my take...First of all...If SSBarney is recommending DELL one may question if their information is accurate... :o) SSBarney hasn't pushed this stock ever... But, then if you'd check out the DELL web site you'd find information that the routers that DELL is selling are to be ready for shipment in November...Ummmmm!! New quarter and new revs...Now, if Michael and Kevin are saying they had a great Thanksgiving season you can be sure that a signal this early is a great sign... Best, Kemble
