Quang, Hello! Seems your full service broker is interested in commissions. Firstly, NSCP for me is a pure technical play stock. And currently, I'm on the sidelines waiting for my indicator to signal buy. I am now only going to trade NSCP long, as I'm liking the fundamentals more and more. (I use to short right away on the exit of a long, but not now.)
Secondly, Ask your broker what exactly are SPCT's strenghts and weaknesses. I bet he doesn't know. (The strengths are outlined in my previous posts and SPCT's CURRENT only weakness is a narrow customer base, which is soon to change.)
Yes short term its tempting for me to cash in an 85% return in about 3-4 weeks on SPCT. But I truly believe SPCT market value will reach 500 million in two years or less, or a stock price in the $50-$60 range.
Quang, you are not the first person to ask me to either manage money for them, start a mutual fund, or a brokerage. If I do decide to pursue this, I'll let you know.
And yes, I am on quite a run with my picks which I've posted on SI. In fact, to date, I have only one loser, that being WMT (Walmart short at an average price of $32. I'm still short WMT, and expect it to drop to the high or mid twenties by the end of July. WMT is trading with a PE of 24, and is struggling to grow the top line at 15%! Doesn't equate to this high of a multiple to me, and their international plans are not coming together as they planned. The price of entering these markets are much higher then WMT expected or forecasted.
How's my first day back to work? Great! This is what I do! Plus a few,... call it venture capital things on the side. Good Trading! LF |
