Thats the problem with these type of financial disasters that involve fraud (still remains to be seen with enron) or poor management....we just slap them (senior executives) on the wrist and forget about it while many have in effect lost their future retirements and fortune after hard work as an employee. We need to string them up and tar and feather them...keeping them alive of course to face further humiliation.
