mattie, What is your target for LOR. Given the failure of Globalstar and Iridium, I would not think this sector has much traction. I noticed cable is trying to be agressive here in Canada. They now offer as much variety at the DTH systems. I believe the US has a lower penetration rate of cable (50 percent versus 70 percent in Canada) so I am not sure what the traction will be for additional DTH statellite capacity.
