ATHome, creditors return to bargaining table; midnite deadline cbs.marketwatch.com AtHome gets OK to end contracts (ATHMQ, T, COX, CMCSK) By Neil Chase A federal bankruptcy judge on Friday allowed AtHome (ATHMQ) to break its contracts with cable companies but said his ruling did not mean the service would have to shut down. He said he expects that it will continue while the company works out new deals with cable companies. It was not immediately clear whether the service would continue. AtHome had planned to sell its broadband services to AT&T (T) next month, but bondholders and the company asked the judge for permission to shut down the service in an effort to extract more money from the company's cable partners. cbs.marketwatch.com;
