Sittin at the bar at the Empire Hotel, I was drinkin for diversion, I was drinkin for myself. North Bay's and Huntsvilles were the only Empire's I ever made it to. Bob Sold a house just south of Steeles in 77 for 64k and it was resold in 87 for lot value of 260k. Lot values never really went down in that area, just sideways and up recently.
