Theo, Yes, 50 million authorized, not issued already. The total issued is one of the things the company should tell us, but they are not talking. The company does not file with the SEC, they are a non-reporting company. That is a disadvantage for us and a warning sign for me in future investments. I don't know if they have to issue an annual report to stockholders or what the law is on that. Surely they can't hold out forever. Bob ( - :
